Young Lady is an interesting blend of comedy, drama, and romance. The film has a light, almost whimsical tone, but there’s an underlying seriousness about relationships and desire. Joon-seok and Soo-yeon, already a bit worn after three years of marriage, find their routine shaken up by Hitomi's arrival. She’s charming and a bit of a catalyst, but it’s her past as an AV Idol that complicates things—especially for Joon-seok, who has a soft spot for her work. The pacing is steady, allowing for character moments to breathe. Performances are solid, with a nice chemistry between the three leads. It's not your typical romantic comedy; there's a layer of introspection that makes it stand out in the genre. Plus, there’s some clever use of practical effects that adds a unique touch.
